Moving stuff from one resident to the other can be quite mentally stressful, especially if you don't have time to prepare for it, more like a last minute notice. There is this nerve that will keep troubling your mind that you have forgotten something despite the fact that it might not be true.
Sitting outside in the evening or night and listening music, I guess that is your own version of yoga😅 because from your explanation they both have similarities.
I guess we all have different ways of processing mental stress because I still find it a little weird that you read to calm mental stress caused by reading also 😅
Who doesn't like a cold shower, it works every time, I guess this statement is true, a problem shared is half solved.
