These daily minimalist practices can make profound changes that will do us a lot of good. The best thing is to dedicate time to ourselves, as you say, even if it is an hour a day, but having that space of time is great.

Sort:  

A hour at the minimum, at least after forties.

at least an hour but if we can extend it a little longer I think it would be better for us
