Being mindful, calls on us to do better, to be better, because we reach a level of understanding, that what we do to others, we ultimately do to ourselves. Because we are all connected.
I love this insight here. So many of the mindfulness posts I'm reading (and the content directed at that in general) is focused on self, which makes sense I suppose, but it's vital to remember (once we've established a firm self base) the road back to the others.
Fear disconnects us from our power, from our ability to live in the moment and see our lives as a gift. Sometimes, it's hard to breathe through it all, to ground myself. So I lose my way sometimes. That is when movement becomes my savior.

Yeah, it is mostly about self. It's important to stay connected to oneself, but at the core is our connection to all life, that is so important to me. Big hug to you @honeydue xxx
