I never tried eating that green leaves raw 😅 I wonder how it tastes..
You are truly a healthy person... Devoted to yoga and meditation, and having healthy breakfast..
Meanwhile, my breakfast usually consists of rice, boiled eggs, and banana with yoghurt hehe.. can't live without rice.. I removed wheat-containing food from my diet now, so I can't eat bread for breakfast anymore...

apart from the rice, your brekkie is not bad. Maybe just lessening the portion of rice would be good.
I, on the other hand, am slowly trying to reduce bread. I go for healthier breads though🤗
