Hello, this is what we must do, an intelligent use of the resources we get from nature. In my case, it saddens me a lot to see how people throw away food. Yes, I don't like waste or that food has to be thrown away either and I was happy to make this just for that reason. Oh, I hadn't thought about it with the passion fruit, it must have a unique flavor, although you can also boil them and blend them with the passion fruit juice and it's like a kind of compote or puree, or depending on the amount of water you use a slightly thicker juice, with a smooth texture, it's delicious that's how we prepare it at home.
