To overcome the anxiety is to 🙏 Pray Jesus and always have a regular exercise like walking,intake good food like fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay calm in all situation and give it to God because He is the one who is in control of everything and He is a very powerful God. Parents always guide and watch the children especially the teenagers every now and then.
