Of course sir, we all have anxiety and how we deal with it is more important not to let it carry over into the night and affect sleep time, I think excessive anxiety can be a risk to mental health and this must be addressed immediately so that it does not continue,

it seems like they are in the hospital they are free to sleep even in front of the receptionist and in the front yard maybe because they are too tired from staying up late or they have no burden on their minds like you said
