Spring is undeniably my favorite season, but this year has brought the worst spring experience I have ever encountered. Even during my time in Norway (2016-2017), they had better springs compared to what we have here now. It seems like we're stuck in an incessant rainy season, occasionally granted short reprieves from this ongoing nightmare.
The allure of spring lies in witnessing nature's resurgence, the magnificent rebirth that paints everything in lush green hues and adorns the surroundings with blossoming flowers.
Regrettably, there aren't as many flowers to be found this year. I can't help but feel that agriculture won't reap the benefits of this type of weather. It almost seems contrived, akin to the artificiality surrounding the war in Iraq (cough Ukraine).
During my walk today, I stumbled upon a few scattered flowers that caught my attention. Inspired by @papilloncharity's captivating photographs of "juicy cactuses," I felt compelled to share these snapshots with you.
As a guy, one might argue that I'm not expected to post flower photography, but as an amateur photographer, I believe that breaking free from societal norms is part of the creative journey, and that's precisely what I'm doing here.
Anyway, I'm tired of writing lengthy passages that often go unnoticed. So, here it is—a simple flowers photography post. Feel free to do with it as you wish.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Nothing wrong with flower photography ! But if it's any consolation, I read most of your longer posts, and I'm sure I'm not the only one 😀
Glad to hear that. You're probably one of the very few.

Nice shots of the flowers. It's always good to break from some norms
