Not so Golden Sunsets

After several sweltering days, we've had a refreshing cool breeze lately. We've also had some heavy rain the other day, but I can't complain as it helped to cool down the temperatures. While I love summer, I'm not a fan of extreme heat.

Anyway, after about three years, we got the whole family together. That included me, my father, mother, my sister, and her boyfriend. I'd met my sister a few times in the past years, but my elderly relatives hadn't seen her since 2021, and it was a surprise for them.

They don't often visit this area, so I had to give them a tour. We took a drive through the Danube's Whirlpools area, stopped a few times, had a lemonade at a nice restaurant by the Danube, and then headed back home.

As usual, I took plenty of photos from the trip. It was around sunset, and I hoped for a golden sunset, but this is what I got instead. Perhaps, if I'd stayed a bit longer in the area, I could have captured better photos.

I'm fine with what I have, especially on another Bitcoin correction day that dragged down the whole market. As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm not fearful. What we're experiencing now is just history repeating itself.

Too many of us believed the top would occur soon after the halving, and we were wrong. Going with the flow isn't a bad idea, just like how day follows night and fades away into the sunset.

Better days will come back, but for now, we need to stay strong, hold onto our coins, and not forget to take profits when euphoria sets in. I'm sure I'll be doing that.
