There's a house on the land, where the lady lives. She'll eventually pass on and ownership will go to whomever she has willed it to in her estate. I don't think whomever owns it will keep up with the garden, (otherwise they would be doing it already), so it will not get tended and fall to ruin. The flowers will keep coming up, maybe for many years, but it'll probably cease being a tended garden.
Maybe the house will get sold on to someone else, (It would be a nice place to live), and the new owner will maintain the garden however considering the fairly remote location it's probably doubtful. Time will tell.
