Images from the Ancient City of Anemurium

Today I would like to share some images from Turkey with you. The images I will share are from Mersin/Anamur. Before sharing the images, I would like to add a quote about this place.

"Anamur district of Mersin province takes its name from the ancient city of Anemurium. The ruins of this city are located in Anamur district, on Anamur Cape, which constitutes the southernmost point of Anatolia, and at the coordinates of 36°01′25″N 32°48′06″E. I went here with some friends in the summer of 2023. Although our main purpose was to swim in the sea, we wanted to add such a place to our route. We had a wonderful day, both seaside and sightseeing.

The ancient city had a wonderful view both towards the mountain slopes and towards the sea. When we entered here, we thought we would take a quick tour and leave. However, without realizing it, we stayed inside much longer than we thought.

It's a must-visit place for those who have the opportunity. It has a beach and beautiful buildings. It's worth seeing.
