Here are the final images of my recent trip to Budapest. I didn't get much time to explore the city after dark, which is unfortunate because it's beautiful and very alive. Classical architecture combined with modern bars gives it a very authentic look.
Endless parallel streets under street lights with old buildings and neon shops give a cinematic vibe, as if you are in your favorite movie. (By the way studying your favorite visual films helps if you want to improve your editing skills and make the images more visually appealing). Trams and tram stations are another place worth seeing to experience the energy of the city. And for a street photographer, people caught in the headlights are always a fun subject to shoot.
If you haven't visited the city, I highly recommend you plan it for your next European tour as it has everything you'll need. Well, except the beach. But that would be too much to ask. :) Photos taken with Fuji X-Pro2 and 35mm F/2 lens.
Great photos @alcibiades I haven't been there but have met many people from Budapest. I really love the sea, so often try and stay close to it when possible.
Adore cities on the water like Malaga for that exact reason.
Thank you for sharing, really lovely to see.
😄
Oh yeah, the cities by the sea are usually stunning! Budapest is also on the water, it sits on the Danube river which splits the city in two. Five amazing bridges as well as a huge recreational island in the middle of the river.
Glad you enjoyed the post! :)
