The tokens you can gain when users give you some, or you win some in the many contests.
If you go to your wallet there is a section with them. You can stake (like power up) most of them. What means you get a x% each day for staking them. Like interest.
All tokens have a minimum amount you need to have before you can spread them around to other users. Mostly you have links in the comments from the tokens itself to find out more info. Or click on the account.
It is nice to spread them around. Some even give you more yourself if you share them to others.
See it like other bigger crypto, their value goes up and down. So far I keep them all, but you could sell them too.
I just stake them for now and spread some happiness around in my comments 🤓
