Rise and shine!
Every day is a new day. A fresh start, new hope, new experience, and a day to be more thankful for giving us a chance to enjoy life all over again. It is also a privilege that we were able to breathe again and be reasonable to our actions so that we won’t live in regrets and carry excess baggage each day.
We may feel a little down for saying goodbye to yesterday but we positively welcome a new day. That should be the spirit!

Just like sunset, the sunrise shows us a picturesque view. Are you a morning person? If you are, then you must be enjoying each day’s glory most especially if you are living in a place facing east seeing the ocean and the horizon. Have you tried to wake up ahead of the sunrise to witness how darkness slowly fades away and how the sun’s light slowly taking over? Have you watched how the sun rises from just seeing a part of its circle until seeing its whole? If you haven’t tried and haven’t watched then you must. You do not know what you have been missing all your life.
