Today I bring you a couple of photos that I have taken to this beautiful cathedral that is located right in the center of La Plata - Argentina.

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, also known as La Plata Cathedral is the main Catholic temple of the city of La Plata (capital of the province of Buenos Aires, in the Republic of Argentina), one of the most important in America and one of the largest churches in the world. It is located in the block comprised by 14th and 15th Streets, and 51st and 53rd Avenues, in front of Moreno Square, the geographical center of the city.

Hoy les traigo un par de fotos que le he tomado a ésta hermosa catedral que se encuentra justo en el centro de La Plata - Argentina.

La Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción, también conocida como catedral de La Plata es el principal templo católico de la ciudad de La Plata (capital de la provincia de Buenos Aires, en la República Argentina), una de las más importantes de América y una de las iglesias más grandes del mundo. Se encuentra ubicada en la manzana comprendida por las calles 14 y 15, y las avenidas 51 y 53, frente a la plaza Moreno, centro geográfico de la ciudad.

This cathedral is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever seen and visited in my life. It is so beautiful both inside and out, take pictures and capture it in various facets of the day, at sunset so beautiful, night or day, see how amazing it looks? She looks gorgeous from any angle.

Ésta catedral sin duda alguna es una de las mejores que he podido conocer y visitar en mi vida. Es tan hermosa tanto por dentro como por fuera, tomarle fotos y capturarla en varias facetas del del día, en atardecer tan hermosos, de noche o de día, ven lo increíble que se ve? Luce preciosa de cualquier ángulo.

Museo De La Catedral / Cathedral Museum:

The Museum of the Cathedral of La Plata was created by the Cathedral Foundation of La Plata. It is located in the basement of the Cathedral, with its entrance under the main staircase. It is located on 14th Street between 51st and 53rd in La Plata. This museum contributes to the awareness of the need to know, value and protect the cultural heritage of the city of La Plata, fulfilling an educational role within the community in which it is inserted.

In this museum there are many objects or paintings, small replicas of the sculptures that the cathedral has on the outside. Here are some pictures I took when I had the opportunity to tour the museum.

El Museo de la Catedral de La Plata fue creado por la Fundación Catedral de La Plata. Funciona en el subsuelo de la Catedral, con su entrada por debajo de la Escalinata principal. Está ubicado en calle 14 entre 51 y 53 de La Plata. Este Museo contribuye a la toma de conciencia sobre la necesidad de conocer, valorar y proteger el patrimonio cultural de la Ciudad de La Plata, cumpliendo un rol educativo dentro de la comunidad en la que está inserto.

En éste museo se encuentran muchos objetos o pinturas, réplicas pequeñas de las esculturas que tiene la catedral por fuera. Aquí les dejo unas fotografías que tomé cuando tuve la oportunidad de hacer el recorrido en el museo.
