Hello friends,

Today for me was a lazy Sunday. My family let me sleep in, and start my day slowly. It’s really nice to get up without a need to rush anywhere or call to some place.

I was just doing some art in the morning. Today it was a digital drawing in Procreate. I was watching a free marathon and following the steps. But in some steps I did things differently. Here is the drawing I did.

When my husband came home with the kids, they brought a lot of groceries from Trader Joe’s, we really like that store, too bad it’s so far away from us. So we had some lunch, and I offered to go to the beach. Days are getting colder, so we never know when it would be exactly the last day this year for us to swim in the ocean.

According to the website information, it was a good day with no waves, so we got all the stuff we need and left.

I assume looking at the pictures you understand that the info wasn’t accurate or it was for the morning and in the afternoon everything changed.

I was the only person who didn’t go swimming but I enjoyed taking photos. Surprisingly, I didn’t see many birds today. Usually they hunt for the fish when it’s wavy like it was today.

On the next photos you can see I was playing around with the shadow. It’s interesting how it looks with the water covering it, and with just sand.

Look at this pile of sand. My kids were building a pool, with a sand wall in it. Then the strong wave came and on the second picture you’ll see how it got washed off.

Here are some water splashes that look like an ice. I find it pretty cool.

So, yes, this is what supposed to be a calm ocean day. But it’s okay. Kids loved playing with the waves, and making a sand pool. They brought a lot of sand in their swimsuits as always:-) We had a good day.
