Here we are in Susa Valley (Piemonte region, Italy).
Sunrays from the bottom of the wood created special effect and a magic ambient.
Walking in the wood, silent, is a therapy for me. Not only for the physical activity, but also for the soul.
Wood is like our unconscious: there are many nighty and dark side, only the light of awareness can take a bit of order.
There isn't good and bad in the soul, only equilibrium or not.
One of the porpouse of the life is to put light in our hidden sides, to transform removed thoughts in new opportunity, to reach again the freshness of life, like this fern, symbol of new inner life.
