If it was a peaceful repellent then maybe ok,
but if it is damaging people, no wonder they try to cover it up.
The people must stay strong.
Also, when you turn this in to a feature film, or a long running series, I will come and act in it for you!

well it didn't go as they planned, they wanted incidents so they could use full force and maybe implement matial law, but people were smarter.
