they have led spotlights, video is filmed with only those lights. photos all except one are taken with a help of a flash. There is some space behind that white curtain on the stage, so i just put the flash down on the left side of the stage. would be better if i had a flash stand with me to put it higher, but happy with the result nevertheless
i can recommend yongnuo as a cheap one that works fine. i am not a heavy user of them but the first one i have for more then 5 years and it suffered some falls and works fine.
