When it's harder, when I lack time and inspiration, I'm reminded with pleasure that "Photography Lovers" is about photos.
About how they are made, how they look, and how we choose the most beautiful or inspiring photos.
I was reminded of this when I came across, by chance, a small folder in which I had collected some photos some time ago, a random selection.
My selection, my opinion.
Maybe I chose wrong... maybe not!
Beauty is not eternal, it is ephemeral.
I also like past beauty, but still reminiscent of what it was in the beginning.
I tried an "artistic" photograph, as I rarely do.
Looking out the window. In my yard grows a bush that in the fall is full of small red berries that stay there all winter.
The blackbirds are very happy to have something to eat and I am delighted to be able to see them up close.
Another window, another view. The old walnut tree in the neighbor's yard.
That's how I came to remember spring.
A stroll with our shadows.
Favorite DIY store.
Mild winter with seagulls in the middle of the city. The nearest sea is 200 km away.
The forest in a winter that isn't winter, and the forest isn't a forest, it's just a park.
The same park at night!
I rely mostly on photos in all my blogs. Words don't help me as much as photos.
I always start with photos when I want to write a blog. Photos remind me of places, events, and feelings that then turn into words. When I post in Photography Lovers the words have even less importance, they are a companion to the photos I want to show. This often makes the story uninteresting or common, yet it is necessary; otherwise, the photos would merely be a series of unexciting images.
I make this statement as a plea to those reading not to over-judge the text and to focus on the photos. The story puts everything in context and provides the explanations and clarifications necessary for the blog to convey something of interest to the reader.
Since we all love photography, let’s explore the captivating details captured in these photos.!
A wise saying goes that a photograph is worth a thousand words, but I don't think so.
It depends on the viewer.
An absolutely stunning collection! @bluemoon
I could tell you that the artistic photo is beautiful and that the photo of the dry flower makes you think, or that I love those trees... but this one filled me with mystery and I liked it even more!
Birds work hard to build their homes in trees and you have created much more beautiful and special pictures that are much clearer.
Amazing picture, I like the appearance of dancing seagulls.
