Hunting For The Saltfish At Traditional Market

Hallo Everyone!!!

Morning walk is the activity that I usually do to begin my day. It was my habitual activity for years. Those kind of morning activity help me a lot to reduce the pain on my knee, whips. Frankly, I'd like to say it's very good for my health especially after reaching 40 years old about three years ago.

My morning walk today had a special purpose, which was to find a stock of salted fish and cayenne pepper to accompany my rice. The snack stall in the Kampung Keramat Dalam area was the location I headed to. The market located in the city center still looked rather quiet from interactions between sellers and buyers. From the entrance gate, people passing by were not as crowded as in markets in urban areas.

Shops that used to be crowded have even closed down altogether. The existence of other traditional markets located close to each other can also be the cause Keramat Dalam market is not as busy as it used to be. This condition has been going on for quite a long time. The government that was given the mandate to regulate the management of this public space seems blind and has no eyes. This is a portrait of the third world that is crushed by the wheels of capitalism in every joint of its social interaction.
