Happy New Year Everyone!
Just wanna share my first travel of the year. It's tiring to depart from my house at 4am and we came home at midnight, but it's worth it, because of the bonding of the family, some religious activity, experience cold weather in a tropical country, and beautiful scenery.
Okay, enough for the introduction, here's the list of destinations for my first travel of the year.
1st Destination: The Parish and National Shrine of St. Padre Pio @ Batangas, Philippines
Every time we travel, we always set our first destination in the famous religious tourist spot along the way. My family is a devoted Roman Catholic, excuse this part for other sectors and religions out there, I respect other religions and beliefs. We do this to give thanks for another life and to ask for guidance to have a safe trip. To know more about St. Padre Pio, just search it on Google, he is one of the famous Saint because of the Stigmata in his hands.
This first picture is the front view of the Church, it's cloudy here and the sun is not yet fully rising because it's 6 am when we arrived here. The ambiance here is relaxing, with fresh air, a nice view, and some great architecture. The Church is unique, it's open and dome style, it's not like the typical Churches out there.
This is the inside view of the Church. There are huge image structures of Lord Jesus there. I'm amazed and scared at the same time, because of the hanging structure. It's huge and thinking about how they put that in there. And for the scary part, what if it falls, you know what I mean. But It's amazing.
This is the Bell Tower of the Church. This is not so tall, but the architecture is great. It looks so old and steady because it's made from bricks.
And lastly, a picture of flowers that's worth taking a shot. I don't know what's the name of this flower, but if you see there are only two petals in it and it's so meaningful like there are two people who love each other and will stick together in ups (sunny) and downs (rainy).
2nd Destination: Balay Dako Restaurant @ Tagaytay, Philippines
First of all, this destination is not really in our plan, the original destination is Villa Escudero Waterfalls Restaurant in Batangas, Philippines. But because of bad weather, we decided to change our destination. The waterfalls restaurant is an open area so we can not enjoy the lunch and the view, so we take advantage of the bad weather and we go to the 2nd Coldest place in the Philippines which is Tagaytay City.
The wind there is really cold. Since this is not in our original plan, we don't have any jackets and I wear shorts!!!!! And it's damn cold hahaha but it's really enjoyable to go there since we are in a tropical country and we are eager to go to some cold place as much as we can.
For the restaurant, I forgot to take a picture of the food there, but it's delicious, especially the Bulalo Beef and Chicken Inasal. I forgot due to hunger and cold, sorry for that. But here's the view there and it's nice to eat while you have this scenery and the wind is really cold. The lake there is the Taal Lake, one of the famous lakes here in the Philippines.
3rd Destination: Acienda Designer Outlet @ Silang Cavite, Philippines
This was the last destination of our trip that day. This is a big open mall, but each store is air-conditioned, and this is great to visit, especially today there's still a COVID-19 virus so visiting an open mall is ideal today. Each store has a limit of 70 persons, so the protocol there is well implemented.
I did not take pictures one by one of all the stores there, so here are just the things that are worth taking a shot for me.
A Windmill House. Thi is just a structure for picture taking only. It's not working but if you take it at some good angle it's nice to capture it.
Big White Christmas Tree. Even though Christmas is already over, you can still feel here because of the design in every part of the mall and of course because of this Christmas Tree.
Lastly, some random parts of the mall attracted me to capture it.
wow that is really a great post thanks a lot for sharing

Kakarelax ung mga pictures mo
Medyo malapit lang ako sa Padre Pio!
Yes, the weather is not that good lately as the rain starts to pour each time that we are not prepared.
