I don't know as though I have ever seen cannons on rails like that so they can move them back and forth. Makes a lot of sense when you think about it, but this is the first I have seen it I think. Very nice shots! That does suck that they have to lock the gates. They keep them open in the winter though?

The park being closed had a positive if I want to visit there I get extra steps in from where I can park 😎
