A FOLLOW UP TO THIS POST WITH MORE PHOTOS...
In that last post, I shared photos of AliceNicole during sunset and blue hour, and one with the stars, but for this one, I've got some photos of her dancing with the stars
This first image is a single shot with flash. I chose black and white because the white balance just wasn't working out the way I wanted because I had some orange gels on my lights.
35mm, ƒ/2, 3.2s, ISO 800
This second image is a blended exposure, one image for the foreground and one for the stars. You can see that I'm able to get some more detail in the milky way in the background with the longer exposure. Quite a bit more work but the result is a better image, imo.
And now for some before and afters of some blended images.

Great work. I've been sadistic enough to do a shoot like this without blended images.
:D
Thanks @holoz0r! There's definitely a tricky balance that goes into it, especially when it comes to dancers, because most of their posing can't be held for a long period of time
Absolutely! Can't hold an arabesque for 15 seconds (at least without a bit of a shudder, or anti-gravity machines)
