When I go to a place and it is filled with birds fluttering around me without any fear, I instantly realize that it is a safe place, full of peace and beautiful energies. That's how it was in Las Terrazas, I fell in love with a place that was specifically prepared to feed the birds, and it seems like such a lovely idea that I would love to recreate it. Here I stood absorbed watching a small hummingbird, then a bird with red legs and eye rims appeared, and finally many bijiritas.
Every detail in this place invited me to stay, the fish in the pond is another thing that completely touches my heart, the flowers, the ferns. I wonder why not all places are as beautiful as this. I believe that beauty and natural environments lead us to feel differently, to pause for a moment and to think positive. Today I share with you the photos that led me to this reflection, I always make a section for my favorite photos of each place, and this one couldn't be any different.

Cuando voy a un lugar y este se encuentra lleno de aves revoloteando a mi alrededor sin ningún temor, al instante me percato de que es un lugar seguro, lleno de paz y lindas energías. Así fue en Las Terrazas, me enamoré de un sitio que estaba preparado precisamente para alimentar las aves y me parece una idea tan linda que me encantaría recrearla. Aquí me quedé absorta observando un pequeño colibrí, luego apareció un pájaro con las patas y el borde de los ojos rojos, y por último muchas bijiritas.
Cada detalle en este sitio me invitaba a quedarme, los peces en el estanque es otra de las cosas que me enternecen totalmente, las flores, los helechos. Me pregunto por qué todos los lugares no están así de bonitos. Creo que la belleza y los ambientes naturales nos llevan a sentir de otra forma, a detenernos por un instante y a pensar positivo. Hoy te comparto las fotos que me llevaron a esta reflexión, siempre hago un apartado de mis fotos favoritas de cada lugar, y este no podría ser menos.

Que fotos mas bonitas nos traes hoy Jessy. Me encanta la del Zunzun. Y si, el lugar transmite una energía increíble. Por acá en donde vivo, también es muy habitual ver algunas de las aves de tus fotos. Lo dicil es hacerles una foto. jajaj. Me imagino que para tu tomar esas, tuviste que tener una buena paciencia, para elegir el momento adecuado y sobre todo no hacer mucho ruido. jjj. Sino se van.

Que fotos tan lindas. Las aves son encantadoras. Si me ves trepada en el árbol de mi casa por horas para tratar de fotografiar a una de ellas. Pero no lo logro, tengo solo un par de fotos que me han quedado bien. Cuando me acerco mucho ellas deciden irse.😘 🙏
Necesitas un 70-300 en tu vida jjj Es lo mejor que me ha pasado ese lente. Así puedes fotografiarlos sin esa preocupación 😉 Intenta conseguirte uno por allá, te vas a divertir mucho con él, vale la pena. 🤜🤛

Maravillosas fotografías. Las Terrazas es un lugar precioso. Lo visité una vez pero fue en un recorrido limitado. Nunca había visto este lugar del que haces referencia. Se ve tan apacible y hermoso. Gracias a ti 😍 En el mirador de la hacienda buenavista Cafetal, está este como especie de pequeño palo, con más palitos encima donde les ponen de comer, lo que hace que todo se llene de aves, es muy bonito

The deep colours are formidable in these birds. This is a great shot because the blue bird is almost hidden in the leaves. The fruits hanging from the tree look like guavas, but I could be wrong.
Thank you very much, I took that picture very quickly, I would have liked to stay longer and I'm sure there would have been better ones. I was very struck by the colors of the bird, it's the first one I've seen in the wild. And the fruits were definitely not guavas, although I forgot to ask. Details to keep in mind next time 😉.
Amazing place. Reminds me of a hummingbird sanctuary that I visited in Colombia. Bird chirping sounds are truly healing and calming to the human mind and body ;)
