Hello, for this post I will show you a series of photos where I try to take a picture of the moon for you to admit it was not made to be presented on ecency but it is still interesting to see that technology allows us to see better than our own eyes. Don't expect exceptional photos. I used an S 21 to zoom in on the moon without a foot and no other support just at arm's length.
For the context it was starting to get dark and the moon was shining brightly, I stopped on a field path (used by farmers to cultivate the fields). On the font on the left you see the light at the foot of the trees, in fact it is the phore of passing cars.
The sky was much darker but the smartphone was starting to compensate for the light with a maximum aperture
The same photo but with the smartphone in horizontal lift the light is closer to the reality of the moment
First zoom the clouds slightly filter the color of the moon on orange tonts (called red moon) but in fact it is not red lol.
Second zoom and the big disappointment I expected better.
Third zoom and a revelation I could not believe it, the smartphone was doing better than my eyes. I had never seen the moon without too much effort in detail (other of course than on photos seen by telescope and video image)
Fourth Zoom the moon is even bigger
This photo was taken with the smartphone in horizontal position
I have already tried to zoom the moon with a Nikon SLR with a 55/70 lens but it was not enough.
Conclusion: Result the S21 smartphone can zoom the moon.
