In Greece, dude that cut my hair had a Route 66 sticker on his cutting toolbox thing he set there at his station. I explained I had a fab shop (I swear autocorrect had dab shop) on 66 and got dang!! Celebrity status. Got my hair did twice there—red carpet.
That balloon fiesta is something, think there was at least six hundred of them that day. My dad told me about it, only thing like that I've known him to get excited about.

Soon as they'd learn I'm from LA, it was like I'm friends with Hollywood, "do you know so-in-do.. or so-in-so." Funny. Like Hollywood's a culdesac.
They sell those stickers everywhere, homes. Gotta use a translator to interpret the other ones but Route 66 stickers don't change.
