I'd like to think over the past ten years my photography has improved, but finding an old hard drive with the raw images on there, I just had to re-process some of the shots that I likes.

My memory isn't the best, but I seem to remember where I take shots even after all this time. The shots were taken at a place called Surprise View, which is just outside Hathersage in the Peak District in Derbyshire.

If I remember right, it was bloody freezing when I took these shots, it was on the 4th of January 2015, right in the middle of winter, but I loved the sky and got to surprise view just in time for the sunset.

Looking at the original shots that I processed, I'm thinking to myself "what were you thinking?", hey are way way over cooked, like the worst HDR you could have ever seen lol.

So I've just done a few quick edits and I quite like the shots now, not portfolio pieces, but I like them and have fond memories of the day.

The shots were done using my old Canon 60D with a Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 and a Tamron 18-200mm (if I remember right), Lens.

Thanks for reading :-)
