Here I am arriving back to the Vista Lake trailhead, with a warm reception from these beautiful red flowers. A perfect end to a perfect hike. Flowers are so photogenic, don’t you think? Almost as photogenic as a mountain picture, although some may disagree. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A very true statement. In today’s photos, I have to go with the flower pics as my favs. Only for today though. Photos taken inside Banff National Park, Alberta.

Those are some beautiful Indian Paintbrush! (sometimes called prairie fire) They are always such a vibrant color out in the middle of God's country. I have to agree that just for the moment, those bright spots of color win. :)
