This is the somewhat famous Prince of Wales hotel, as seen from the “Bear Hump” hiking trail, Waterton Park, Alberta. The hotel itself was built back in the mid 1920’s. This is an iconic piece of Waterton park; often times you will find this landmark on postcards and other touristy paraphernalia. Think: calendars, fridge magnets, and coffee cups! And that is all you will be able to afford, after you have blown a couple thousand on your stay there. Have you been to Waterton Park? Thanks for stopping by.

The hotel is really well maintained, it looks like a new building even though the hotel has been standing there for a long time. The place where it stands is also very fitting, surrounded by beautiful scenery, not boring.
It does look good from the outside, but the inside is definitely dated and in need of renovations. Adds to it's charm though.
Beautiful hotel captured
And the squirrel too
Calendars, fridge magnets and coffe?🤣🤣🤣
Now that’s a lot
I’d safe my thousands then and feed off my eyes on your amazing pictures 💪😁
Thanks for stopping by!
The second zoomed-in picture of the hotel is amazing, considering the fact that you took the shot from a very long way out. Well-done. Wow. It's such a beauty
Once again, the power of the camera over the smartphone!! Thanks.
What a cool view! I'm happy to see the hotel standing still after 100 years. It's definitely something you don't see everyday!
We went inside to take a closer look — neat, but a bit decrepit.
That looks like a topical mountain hotel from here 😅 it's in a good position tough, lake and mountains close. The second picture came out well, shows it really good
With the blue water backdrop, it kinda does! Thanks for checking it out.
What an awesome got. I'm going to go with the squirrel pic, it's my favorite. The Mountains look awesome behind it too
Thought I’d add that in as a bonus shot, as it has nothing to do with a “hotel view”.
it was a cool bonus
Beautiful Shots like always
