Scenes from a Relaxing Nature Walk

IMG_20241013_115916_Original.jpeg

Anytime I go out into the woods for a hike, or nature walk, there seems to be plenty of interesting scenes to capture. Like on this hike, well maybe nature walk is a better word for it, as there was no elevation gain or loss to power through. It is nice to just go on a pure relaxing nature walk at times, instead of trudging upward and upward (then downward and downward). On these zero elevation walks, it literally feels like you can walk forever and not even get tired. The key is just to bring enough water to keep hydrated. Thanks for stopping by.

Love those birch trees stretching up to the clouds, cooler than that mountain with them 5 big heads

Oh yes, glad you liked it bos.

The last one is very particular, I wonder what happened there to make that thing

An uprooted tree stump. Looks unusual right.

Nature always has its own way of creating something interesting to look at. Like in this picture, even though it's just the roots of a fallen tree. The shape is unique, like a mysterious figure sleeping there.

Indeed, an unusual shape, but interesting to look at. Thanks for looking.

The second colored picture is amazing. Starring up so high to the top of that tree and seeing the blue skies is truly amazing.

Was going to lead with that photo, but thought I should change things up a bit instead. Thanks for the comment.

Were those first trees birch trees? Never seen them so tall before.

As far as I know, it is a Birch. But I am no tree expert.

No elevation gains means a nice walk in the woods! Some great shots you found there, I love the ones looking up into the trees, in color and monochrome. Is that last one a mossy stump? That's pretty cool!

Yes, a "mossed over" stump. Pretty cool!

wow, nice

It was a nice day to be out in nature.

nature at its best

That's what I say

That's a great picture.

Thanks, it was fun.

Beautiful as always.

Thank you.

I love the perspective of the photos of the trees, such cool shots!

Glad you liked them. Thanks.
