Hi everyone,
First of all, I'd like to wish ya'll the best for this brand new year : find your way, do your best and never have regrets.
Mid-november, my man Eric Charles aka Egzo came from the French West Indies to spend a couple of days with me. We're doing it for years : spending several days together and try to live it as an artistical residency. We don't have funds to help but we always manage to do our best.
Egzo is about to drop a new musical album so he wanted to produce visual content with me, using lightpainting and infrared photography. Here's a picture he likes a lot, because of its simplicity I guess. It was the very last lightpainting picture we made during that trip : Egzo was exhausted but I suggested one last take using this beautiful tree. No light trails here, only a work of ambiant lighting to enhance the beauty of Nature :
I'll tell you more about Egzo and his prolific artistical world in the upcoming articles here on Hive.

Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
