Taking advantage of the rest of the afternoon by walking around the green grass bushes around the plantations became one of the afternoon activities that was quite enjoyable for me when insect macrophotography shooting became part of my hobby.
My love for close-up shooting or better known as macrophotography started in 2018 until now and insects are one of the macro subjects that have amazing characteristic textures and the camera that I use in every photo shoot is a smartphone camera that I have equipped with an external macro lens specifically for smartphone photography.
And an open-air environment always provides plenty of room with little opportunity to get detailed pictures of the active insects in the wild and the active movement and sensitivity of insects to the presence of humans around them often makes it difficult for me to detail the photo shoots ,but my daily outdoor shooting routine taught me a bit more how to get a different picture of each type of insect without hurting it.
One of is these moths of the green grass, they are insects Amata they are one of the insects that have a characteristic texture that looks so amazing.
They have three color bands that are so stunning with a distinctive texture that looks so elegant,these insects have movements that are not so sensitive to the presence of humans around them but they are easy to fly at close range if you touch their environment.
The sunny afternoon atmosphere gave me many opportunities to detailed their appearance in several angles of semi-macrophotography smartphone shots external lens.the grass growing in my off-farm environment provides little space for wild insects and I feel lucky enough to find them on this sunny afternoon.

The stretch of afternoon wind from the edge of the rice fields slightly disturbed the photographing process of that insects , some of the active movements were a little complicated with their initial presence around the grass, they moved to the wooden twig environment around the swamp and with great enthusiasm, I managed to detailed images some of their signature beauty shots as they posed around the dry wood branches of the swamp environment.
