Their lives their rules. Our countryside here mostly have no traffic rules and it is okay, people live peacefully and harmoniously with each other. Hopefully, their children there will strive to get good education despite their conditions of living. I like the way these people bond each other. Happiness is a choice for sure and no material things can buy that choice, I may say it in my point of view. Have a nice evening!

I got that and it's good to have material things too. However, some people cannot afford what others can, and they are okay and happy as well. My pleasure!
Yes each person has different life conditions, I know that we should be happy and satisfied with what we have, but it's hard to do it.
