Street Photography, Golden Hour.
I'm the kind of person who obsesses about specific things, sometimes I do it with portraits, other times with black and white photography, out of all this I do it with family plans for the future and recently I had in mind to get a sunset light to help me compose images that look like a film, something cinematic type... I don't know, maybe I'm using terms that are not correct or suitable.
The thing is that the light that was haunting my mind, finally arrived! I was in a store buying some things and luckily I had my backpack with my camera, I had the 70-300mm lens at the time. As I was leaving the store I stumbled upon this scene and literally ran out to walk along the avenue, taking advantage of this gift as it is really a minimal moment.
I wanted from the beginning the whole scene orange or yellow and with silhouettes of people and cars while at the same time the cityscape or some buildings could be appreciated. I can't demand more (well... yes I could actually 😅) but for now I'm satisfied with this gift that nature offered me.
I don't remember exactly how long it took to take these photos but I think it was only 20 minutes. I was really ready to take various photos that I can also share in black and white, which is very important to me.
During that time I had different tones during the sunset so some photos are more yellow or orange than others.
Something I want to highlight is that most of these shots only have minimal editing adjustments, I could say that 90% are purely this scenario.
This is one of the photos I liked the most from this set, apart from the first one. I think there is a balance between the intense sunset light and the shadows, so I think I was pretty well placed when shooting from there.
That motorized one in the background and the tree branches added a special touch to this image, for me.
That was something like a small test of what I could achieve with this type of light in street photography. The place is not as attractive or interesting as I would have liked but I know there are others where I could play a little more with the compositions, the light and the human element, places with large historical structures, Doric style columns and the most impressive urban landscape.
I'll try to be in one of those places next time or just be there and wait for this sunset to happen.
Most of the photos you can take in these circumstances and under these conditions are more than twice as attractive as on a normal sunny day. I have read that a large number of famous photographers waited and were hunters for this type of light to go out into the streets... I understand why.
In the last shot I leave an image of a more general view of the landscape and the sunset at that moment. Is there a favorite from this set? If so, tell me which one it is
I wouldn't like to end this post without tagging you my dear @erikah I think you might like some of these shots 😊
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.

Don't you think it's something wonderful? It's my favorite daylight too, although blue hour is beautiful too! Thanks @preciousbree 😊
I was pleasantly surprised to know that these captures are almost 100% natural without editing, really crazy captures, some are worthy to have as wallpaper for your cell phone.
I just read your comment and tried the wallpaper :)

Thanks a lot @vaipraonde friend! very grateful for your kind comment :)
Sunsets are without a doubt a magic that makes photos become masterpieces.
Are you saying these shots could be masterpieces? It's a lot 😅 But you are very right, light is everything, or almost everything. Thanks so much for stopping by @rivereyesmusic ;)
Well yes, I think that the golden hour makes everything become a higher art
The lighting is beautiful. It reminds me of the golden hour in Krakow, Poland during Steemfest a few years ago.
Thank you very much friend @derangedvisions I really appreciate your comment and kind words. I'm glad you liked it :)
These photographs are brutal, all in his touch and that contrast of the golden and dark tones of certain silhouettes.
I love your appreciation in relation to photography regardless of genre. Thank you very much for that @wilfredocav friend!
This is the reason why I believe, I know, that photographers are indeed magicians!
When everyone just continues do their (whatever thing), you see a whole new world through a lense
(I feel the same way, even though I am not a real photographer)

Nothing compares with the golden hour. Even the saddest scenery is brought back to life during that part of the day :)
