Benefits of Oranges

Hi! Dear Hive Members hope you all are doing well. Today I'm sharing some benefits of Oranges.

The orange originated in a region encompassing southern China, Northeast India. Orange trees were found to be the most cultivated fruit in the world. It's scientific name is
"Citrus sinensis".

It is a small evergreen tree originally domesticated in subtropical Asia.
The main component of Oranges are Vitamin C which protects cells from damage. Help the protein that heal wound. Boost immune system.
Absorb iron to fight anemia.

Oranges prevents formation of kidney stones. Support the production of hemoglobin. Lowers high blood pressure. Prevents constipation. Promote proper digestion. Also help to cure cancer.

Orange peels are good for skin.
Help to control cholesterol, heart disease patients can also use this.
I love oranges as it's the winter fruit and season feels incomplete without Oranges. Too healthy and beneficial.
