Wes and I had gone to a Korn concert a few weeks prior to this beautiful event, and that is when I had seen she was coming here to Utah!! I asked Wes if we could go and he didn't hesitate to say yes! We booked our tickets for the concert (which some waited almost 2 years for this concert because of Covid). We were sooo excited!!
Wes was a bit concerned that he would be the only dude there, and lets just say it was a pretty even amount of women and men!!
I ran into a childhood best friend, whom I hadn't seen since Wes and I got married in 2001. It was sooo good to see her!!
We also ran into really great friends of ours that we met through Wes's best friend Scott who had passed away in 2017, we were able to sit next to them, sing the songs, and talk about our buddy "Rusty".
I was so overwhelmed with joy, going to one of her concerts has always been a dream of mine! Wes encouraged me to get whatever swag I wanted, and I lucked out and was able to get a limited edition of a hoodie!! By the middle of the concert they were all long gone! I am so grateful to have mine!! I will cherish it forever and ever!
Truly, this was a dream come true! I am so grateful that Wes was just as excited as I was to go, and enjoyed the concert just as much (if not more) than I did!
Experiences are so so important to me the older I am getting, and I am just so happy to have a hubby that is all about experiences as well!

I saw Alanis in concert in Ottawa around 2001 or so. It was a great concert. It seems like just yesterday. It looks like you guys had an amazing time!

If you take care of it I'm sure it won't. All of my soft stuff like that I wash on cold and then let hang dry rather than tumble. It not only keeps it soft, but the smell of detergent lingers around for much longer. Multiple benefits to having patience.
