Exploring an Abandoned Railway Tunnel in Santa Cruz, California

This is the south end of the Summit Tunnel. An old South Pacific Coast railroad tunnel that was used between 1880 and 1940. It connected Santa Cruz to San Jose and utilized a series of tunnels to get through the Santa Cruz Mountains.
