On a pause

My hiking days are on a pause. At first it was a bad knee, then a lot of physical work that didn't leave me with much spare energy and a pandemic in between, all together contributed to the fact that my last long hike was three and a half years ago. But what an epic one!

Someone described it as a phenomenal adventure quest and I could say that it has been the blockbuster of my hiking career! In any case the 8 hours I spent in the Samaria gorge was totally mesmerizing and definitely unforgettable!

I have told you about that day in this and in that post and I have shown you a lot of pictures, but not all. How could I, with 900 pictures of this nature's miracle in my hard drive and no desire to delete not even one of them :)
