Purple Buds

Hello Everyone,

Today I took 247 photographs of the plants, the majority of which were macro shots, and the photos above were my favorites for today.

This was the 55th day of flowering for these girls, and most cannabis cultivators would agree that the end stages of flowering are usually the most exciting and make for the best photographs.

This is when the plant really starts to show its beauty and change colors as it uses up what's left in nutrients throughout the foliage for the final plumping.

The attractive purple coloration is generally achieved by maintaining temperatures below 70 degrees Fahrenheit/21.1 degrees Celsius at night/lights out time. I achieve this through use of an air conditioner in the room, which I keep running all hours of the day. The current set up seems to give me pretty perfect temperatures for attractive purple colors.

There's only about five days left with these girls. They might come down Monday or Tuesday. I'll only push them past Tuesday if I feel they need more time, but really I'm feeling like they are pretty much ready now so it's likely Tuesday will be the day :)

It can be seen that the buds have fattened. Some cinnamon trichomes are already visible. A great job bro!.
