That's pretty sad - if you have the equipment, knowledge and the will to do it, why wouldn't you run a microbrewery in your bar... You can hardly do worse than industrial breweries :)
Plus, people love local stuff nowadays.

I totally agree, but here the regulations restrict you from having food, which means you have to have like a kitchen, and then there are a thousand more regulations -> you're the production ... the neverending story ... 😂
Are the streets crowded by starving people who cannot cook at home then? :))
Of course not. I mean, if you have a bar or something to sell drinks, it's easier; there are almost no restrictions. But, if you produce/brew your beer then you have additional rules, because you're a producer, you fall under all the laws that regulate food production, so you have to have some kind of kitchen or space where you do it, this space is taxed extra, you have a food inspection at your door and a hygiene inspection at least once a month, and so on....
Oh, I see. It's more or less the same here, then. Breweries are obviously under control way more than drinking bars, and that makes perfect sense. Foodpoisoning ain't no fun :))
I am sure there are fewer restrictions at your place, as you have many more breweries.
