It's just a ban on their frontend / APIs, my content is still out there. It wasn't deleted. You can remove your own comment and that's the only way (but it has to meet a set of rules like no replies, no pending payout, etc.) but that's just another operation. What's done is done. If a comment got into a block it will be there forever.
