The Little Things I Realize

Hello! 👋 Hi! Mabuhay! How are you Hivers? I hope everyone's doing fine! ✨

Looking back to the photographs I took, I came to realize that the photos and my life are somehow connected. So, I put these thoughts into words drawn from each photo. I am glad I could share them to you.

EVERY DROP COUNTS

Just like droplets, chances are free, yet limited. So if given, give all the best, make use of it and enjoy each chance you get. Do not miss an opportunity that knocks on your door.

Chances are given to improve one's self. Do not be afraid you made a mistake. They are the lessons that remind you to do better in your next chance.

KEEP HOPING

IMG_20230131_192628.jpg

Everything ends. But endings are also beginnings. If today was not as good as yesterday and yesterday was not as perfect or successful as planned, keep your hopes up because tomorrow is another day. Take a deep breath and take your time. Keep hoping.

TIME IS A GEM

IMG_20230131_192552.jpg

Time is precious. Do not waste it. Live your life fully. Spend it wisely. If you are tired, spend time for yourself through traveling to beautiful places, self-pampering in salon or eating your favorite foods in fancy restaurants. If you missed your gatherings with your friends, go out with them, call or text them. If you fail to attend family reunions, make some time to join. Time is supposed to be spend with the right people. It will never come back. Create memories.

KEEP YOUR LIGHT FOR OTHERS

IMG20230127201120.jpg

As much as you also need light, keep your light for others. If you can offer a hand, provide. If you can feed the hungry ones, provide. If someone asks for an ear because of struggle, provide. Keeping your light for others is another form of paying forward. Be kind.

CELEBRATE YOUR SMALL WINS

IMG_2047-01.jpg

If you finished a task on time, celebrate it. If you accomplished one goal or plan in a day, celebrate it. If you perfected a skill, celebrate it. Small wins deserve a celebration. This way, you acknowledge yourself that you are better than yesterday and you do more tomorrow.

STAND STILL EVEN WHEN FALLING

IMG20230116172456.jpg

Down times are inevitable. Failures, rejection, back jobs, stress and pressure are the heavy weights that will pull you down until you give up. At home, at work, in the street or even in the place you never expected and wherever you are, they are tied to your actions. Stand still. I know it's hard. Keep the faith and keep fighting. They are unavoidable but they are manageable. You can do it!

GROW WHERE YOU FEEL YOU BELONG

IMG_20230130_060013.jpg

The place where you are now matters. But the question is, where is the right place?

For me, the right place is the healthy place away from toxicity and negative energy. However, finding the right place is never easy. You'll never know it is the right one until you realize whether you grow or you stay stagnant.

I'll take the workplace as an example. You'll meet different people with different attitudes and personalities everyday. A healthy place is where each one of you supported and celebrated each other's success and helped each other's struggles. It's hard to find a place like home. In connection, a healthy place need healthy relationship and good communication. Know where you belong for you to grow.

In life, we all draw inspirations from someone or from something. Others use music to release stress. Some learn a skill to divert from being bored to being productive. Moreover, there are also a lot of the people who pen their thoughts to express and be free. While a lot of us think of ways on how to live the life and enjoy the journey we partake, I use photography as my extension to see life differently. And as I enter in the world of photography, I realized that I was not alone, and that the word art can be defined in so many ways.

I hope you also find your motivation to treasure every drop you have, to keep your hopes up, to treasure your time well, to share the light you have for others, to celebrate your small wins, to keep believing yourself most especially in down times and grow and accept yourself.

Beautiful insights to such beautiful shots. Love it!

Thank you @bluepark 💕

Wow the shots were all amazing and I love it @hanyabee. I love the idea of how you connect those pictures in our real life situations.

Thank you @selflessgem ✨ I dunno, I always do that when I take photos. 🤗

Wow that's good to hear..

By the way, do you have any tips on how to get nice shots? ☺️

Miss @selflessgem , i'm sorry if i hadn't taken time to answer this. The signal was just ao slow.

For tips? For me, i think you should first start capturing small things. I just tried and tried. Hehe

You captured each photo dramatically. ☺️
Nice gyud kaayo mang sideline mam sa mga party2x..hehe

Puhon ma'am ug sakto sa panahon 😁 Thank you ✨

You're welcome. ☺️

Wow! Nature is really an object lessons for us. Nature itself is our great teacher as it teaches us different lessons in life but sometimes only few can see it as it is.

You're so blessed to find those precious lessons from them

I couldn't agree more @jenthoughts 💕

Very nice article @hayanabee....Good job.

Thanks ma'am @dehai , practice² pana ma'am ☺️

😊😎🤙🌈 i like the first pic most. the drops on the leaf.. awesome!

I got the perfect timing when I took it 😁

Of all the pictures uploaded the piece time is gem resonates with me. I am a constant time waster, killing most of the precious time doing menial task.

Great reminder indeed. Lahat ay maglalaho at matutuyo.

Ganda lahat ng shots!

I also waste time to unnecessary things, do unimportant things, so this also serves as my own reminder 😁

Thanks @tpkidkai by the way ✨ really appreciated 💕

That purple candle picture was the most striking to me. I always wanted to show how solemn it is to light candles (assuming na sa church po yan no?) and you did!! Great photos 😍

True. Sa church po talaga miss @ishwoundedhealer 💕 thanks by the way ✨

Thaaank you so much @sumotori ✨ really appreciated 🤗 and thanks for dropping by 👣
