Today's Gin and Tonice special is called Leaf. You can see how it is decorated with a leaf too.
This one is a combination of Short Story brand Gin, kafir lime, a bit of fresh pineapple juice, a little simple syrup & most importantly tonic water.
The smoky shot was my favourite one!
