Let me show you some of the pics from my local park.
My city (Saratov) lies between hills covered with forests with small trees. Usually, it tasks about 40 minutes of walking to rich the forest. Today we have a lot of snow and it is really hard to get a promenade to the trees.
In such cases, I can get a photo session on the edge of the park. On the edge, it is possible to get an interesting mix of nature and industrial constructions. As I wrote in my previous post about GREEN VETERANS, I love to take unusual photos combining things from different worlds or ages.
From the hills of my park, I can see four major districts of my city and the Volga river. In winter, there is a chance to get a mystical view of the big city with a fog generated by the snow.
I love to take pictures of the trees. Each one is unique and looks like some character from fairy tales. Some of it looks old, some of it can look younger. But all of it seems to hide some secrets or history.
Look at the photo below. The tree on the left looks like it asks something from the electric tower.
I am taking big pleasure in imagining what the conversation could be between those characters. If you have the time and patience, you can notice that all the trees are talking one with another.
