Why I love Night Photography

I love shooting photos at night or late evening. This time ambient light is absent or weak enough to make local lights dominate. It gives me the ability to better show the textures of the material, the volume of the objects, and the depth of the scene.

Just look at this photo above 👆. The material of the truck awning is not glossy, but you see its surface as reflective. It was just because the ambient light of the sky went sleeping and allowed to local light to show itself.

SMOKE! DO YOU LOVE IT?
I do love it, but in daylight, it looks almost boring.
At night looks awesome! Of course, if you have a fast lens and a big photo sensor in the camera. Small sensors and lenses of the mobile phone won't show such depth of the scene and will ruin the colors with high ISO noise.

The night is the time when the atmosphere becomes alive. You can see it! It seems that you can touch it. Local lights without sky light and sun make the atmosphere very dense. Also, at night all the colors become more vivid. Before I tried to shoot night photos I thought that night is the time when all the colors looks the same. NO NO NO! The night is the time of bright colors! Try it yourself!
