There is a reason because Slovenia is called “the little green lung of Europe” , everything is green no matter which direction you turn!
Lakes, rivers, forests, and mountains all over the country make this nation on the sunny side of the Alps a popular destination for visitors from all over the world.

My first goal was to photograph Brown Bears, in the vast forests in Southern Slovenia, near the Croatian border. Due to their density and scarce population, these forests are an ideal habitat for numerous animal species, from various varieties of birds to beasts, such as the wolf, the Eurasian lynx, and obviously a lot of Brown Bears!

Then I traveled to other areas of this beautiful country, visiting famous places like Lake Bled and some beautiful little churches in the middle of nowhere!
