Hi, I hope you all are fine. Today, I am going to share some images of popsicles that I made using garden plums. We have been harvesting Plums for so many days. The first cultivation was done earlier therefore they were a bit sour which is why I made popsicles. It turned out nice. I saw many recipes so I chose this one with a slight increase/decrease in the quantity and ingredients.
I used black salt, some sugar 1 glass water, and a bowl of plums. I added more plums to it during the grinding process. You also increase or decrease the quantities of ingredients according to your taste.

I cut all the Plums to remove the seeds in it.
Then I add water, around 2/3 tablespoon of sugar and some black salt around 1/4th teaspoon I guess in a blender jug. When I made the popsicles I used honey and very little sugar.
Then I blend it until all the things were blended.
The first time I strained it because I didn't want the skin of plums but the second time when I made the popsicles I just ignored this step because it didn't make a difference in taste. So it depends on us whether we like it or not.
Then I put the juice in the popsicle's mold which I bought recently.

They were ready to go in the freezer for some hours.
After freezing that was the final look of popsicles. As the summer season is going on, homemade popsicles with homegrown fruit are just amazing.
