Today I'm going to share some beautiful pictures of a plant named Salvia Rosmarinus. It is also called rosemary. I click these in my garden. Rosemary is very beneficial for us as it contains various benefits for human beings. It has a lot of metabolic properties as well as antioxidant properties. It is enriched in vitamin B6, iron and calcium. It is full of nutrients and minerals. It contains phytochemicals which have anti-bacterial effects and are very good for bad breath. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which is good for healing the body. The leaves of rosemary plants are needle-like. Rosemary also has a scent in it which makes the surroundings fresh. Rosemary plant is also very good for hair growth due to nerve healing properties. It also helps to improve memory, muscle pain and spasms, It is beneficial for the nervous system and circulatory systems. I found this information on Google. It is really good for hair growth tests. There are a lot of different kinds of hair oils (rosemary oil) available in the market. In short, this plant is full of benefits if we use it moderately because the use of excessive rosemary may be harmful to us. Anyway, I capture these pictures of rosemary plants in my garden at different times. Because I want to share the development of a rosemary throughout the year. Flowers of rosemary arrived when the spring started.

Wow, those beautiful purple flowers. Quite Interestingly, "Rosemary" is typically used as a "spice" in cooking, several food preparations. It has that particular aroma and that unique aromatic value. :)
