So, we decided to take a tour within Cebu Island. From the city of Talisay, we are heading to a cool mountain pass in Cebu called the trans-central highway (TCH).
We tried to test the capability of our scooter if it can handle steep climbs and we just want to experience the cool environment of the mountain pass.
But first we have to fill-up our tummy! We stopped by on a nice restaurant which served pizza and pasta.
